Well I found this little gem by Mistake, food amazing service amazing everything was priced correctly. They’re lemon rice soup out of this world very impressed with how fast we got our food very impressed with how nice everybody was and a great atmosphere. Come to find out the owner is not only cooking but helps his staff with taking orders and filling drinks. This is our new place to go and eat….
Great place for breakfast or lunch. Had my usual BLT, fries, and lemon rice soup, but the Belgian waffles and crepes look amazing! Need to splurge on calories and have those soon. Been meeting my parents there when they have appointments in town. The servers and owner are especially nice. You need to try it if you haven’t. Prices are quite reasonable. Wish I had remembered to take photos, but I was hungry!
I got the eggs benedict, was good, but the pancakes delicious, will order them next time, took one of my husband's cozy breakfast spot, staff is very nice, but be patient they stay pretty busy!
I am not a fan of pancakes generally. But these a fluffy, yummy and large portions. I went with the pigs in a blanket. The wife went with the biscuits and gravy, which were also good. We had Robin as our server. She was great. It is in the same place as the long standing Schoops. No more Mickey's, but their is plenty of good stuff here.
Great service and great food. Keep in mind they do close at 3pm. Sort of 1950s atmosphere. Menu incl burgers. Sandwiches. Home made soups. Fries. Salads. And many other things to choose from.
Our first time here and it was good. Different but still delicious but different for food is a really nice change from the same old boring stuff. My husband loves eggs Benedict. Here they cooked his eggs perfectly and he hasn't had a place to order these from for years. His favorite place closed and no other restaurant can seem to do it. So he is excited to find a place that can cook this!
A great diner. Reminds me of a 50's diner. Awesome pancakes with Blueberry syrup. Ham off the bone fresh and the hash browns were hot.
Had a regular BLT on wheat, fries, and lemon rice soup, and my husband had a rueben sandwich, fries, and a salad. They were great! I wish I had taken photos to share. I saw onion rings delivered to another table, and they looked amazing! I’m looking forward to trying more menu items. I’m thrilled to have a new restaurant in town. We’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be sure to post photos next time. * Edited to say I’ve gone back many times and haven’t been disappointed. Adding photos of my carry out meal of a steak fajita wrap, fried mushrooms, and salad - all excellent.
